5. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before it is processed, please contact us immediately. Orders already processed may not be canceled.

6. Exchange & Return Policy

• Products purchased from Trendgroup.me may be exchanged or returned within 14 days with the original invoice and in original condition.
• Excluded items by law include: jewelry, watches, glasses, evening gowns, wedding dresses, items in contact with skin (swimwear & underwear), and perfumes. These can be returned or exchanged within 1 day only.
• Products must not be opened, damaged, or used.
• If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged item, contact us, and our team will assist within 3 business days.
• Damage caused by misuse is not considered a defect.

7. Refunds

• Cash payments: refunded upon product pickup (delivery fees excluded).
• Card payments after receiving the order: refunded within 3–5 business days to the same card.
• Card payments for cancelled orders before processing: refunded within 3–5 business days to the same card.

8. Repeated Returns
Trendgroup.me reserves the right to refuse orders if repeated returns indicate misuse of our return policy.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on Trendgroup.me - text, images, logos, and designs is owned by or licensed to us. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
